
CONSULTATION
The first step in beginning of your custom designed invitation is a consultation either by phone, email, or in person. We recommend this to take place at least 3 months prior to your event. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your style, theme, color palette and any inspirations that you have for your event in order to accurately reflect your personal style. We will then email you a detailed quote consisting of the description of all elements of design based on our discussion. Exceptions on time constraints can be dealt with on a situation basis depending on the design of the invitation.
BOOKING
Before beginning the design process, a 50% deposit is taken in order to ensure you the highest quality service of time and design to start your invitation ensemble. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or when the order is picked up. We accept Cash, Money orders, Credit Cards, and Paypal.
DESIGN & PROOF
A proof presentation of layout, text, font, spelling, etc. will be sent via e-mail or Fax. We require a dated signature for the final proof approval. We will correct any changes needed the first initial time.
TIME FRAME
Please note that due to the fine handicraft involved in our designs, the entire design process from consultation to finished production can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on the invitation design. Therefore, it is important to book your consultation as early as possible.
DELIVERY
The invitations can be collected in person from our studio or can be called by your preffered courier on request. All postage and/or shipping charges are paid by the client and will be accepted only on prepaid basis. Puneet Gupta Invitations is not responsible for any undelivered merchandise.
